Jennifer Katz is a talent development and culture leader who builds employee-first programs from the ground up. From expanding and evolving the skillsets of employees to revamping new hire onboarding processes (and everything in between), Jennifer is dedicated to enhancing experiences that are vital to both the employees and the business.

Jennifer has been entrusted to strategically design and scale “first of its kind” programs at NBCUniversal and FOX Tech. She focused on addressing the organizational needs of the team, culture, and business by developing critical partnerships with executive leadership, human resources & ERGs, key stakeholders, and teams across the organizations.

She started her career in advertising in Account Management on the creative agency side at TBWA\Chiat\Day working on the award-winning accounts Skittles, Starburst and Combos as well as at Gotham on Maybelline. She grew up in Englewood, Colorado and attended Syracuse University, where she got her B.S. in Advertising Management from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Jennifer currently lives in Summit, NJ with her husband, two beautiful daughters and their feisty little Aussie doodle, Charlie.
